FAQ about our Birthday Packages:

Q: Are these packages available in other countries too?
A: Although these packages are only applicable to Singapore, we have similar ones (price may differ) in other countries like Malaysia, the Philippines, and Hong Kong.

Q: Who are the magicians in these packages? 
A: We do not guarantee who the magician is, what we will do guarantee is a competent birthday magician for your parties.

Q: I notice that the prices are lower than if I were to book via the individual magicians. Why?
A: We offer these packages because we are trying to fill up the empty slots for our birthday party magicians. This is also similar to when booking hotel rooms. (Eg. the hotel may have a 1 day unpopular slot which is difficult to sell hence may lower the price so they can sell it against their competitor) With our group of magicians, we can do this efficiently.

Q: Can we use these packages for my family day, wedding, and other celebrations like community events for RC and CC?
A: In general, no. We may accept baby showers or similar house parties.

Q: How long should I book in advance?
A: We recommend about 2-3 months in advance for peak months and about 1-2 months for off-peak season. Just like airline tickets, the earlier you book, the cheaper and better it is. In this case, although we do not increase our prices, we close off selected popular days once our best magicians are full.

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Full payment is required upfront for easy administration.

Q: Are there blackout days for these packages?
A: No but there is a surcharge of $100-200 for these days:

• Chinese New Year’s Eve and days 1 and 2. 
• Easter Sunday
• Mid-autumn weekend
• Sat before Halloween Day and 31st Oct
• Christmas Eve and Day. (24 & 25 Dec)
• 31 Dec and 1st Jan
