Joe Yu is one of the few magicians in Singapore who has a magic show with live animals. He has done numerous national and international performances worldwide. He was the FIRST & ONLY Singaporean to be selected by the Society of American Magicians (SAM) for the U.S.A – International Magic Stage Contest (in Louisville, Kentucky), featuring world-class magicians from all over the world!

Magician with an international Reputation:

Joe Yu was specially invited to be a guest star performer for the Festival of Magic in Malaysia, Bangkok International Magic Extravaganza, Beijing, Tianjin & Shenzhen Happy Valley International Magic and Comedy Festival. He also proudly represented Singapore at the 1st and 2nd – IF Magic International Stage Magic Competition! Joe was also the FIRST and ONLY local magician to be invited to Mumbai to perform for a host of famous Bollywood movie stars including Shah Rukh Khan.

He was recognised internationally as one of the well-known magic masters around the globe, to perform at the World Magic Stars Gala Show in Macau! His magic was also featured on several national and international television programs and commercials.

Recently Joe Yu received 2 major awards – the ‘Most Entertaining Show Award’ for the invited international guest performance shows at the World International Magic Extravaganza 2019
& ‘The Best Audience Interactive Magician’ for the invited TV show (International Magic Concert 2019) in the capital of Vietnam.

Joe Yu has entertained aboard five different cruise ships including the M/V Superstar Virgo, a five star luxury cruise from Star Cruises. During his time on board, he met and entertained audiences from all over the world! This experience gained him a formidable reputation as a top-class entertainer on cruise ships in the Asia-Pacific region.
